Role Summary:As the SAP Delivery Operations Leader you will lead the SAP Delivery Operations Team to develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals aligned with the Core Imaging business. You will also be responsible for setting and delivering the strategy for the SAP portfolio which will meet the needs for the Core Imaging business, and have the opportunity to impact both short-term and some long-term business goals.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage client relationships, lead and assist SAP DevOps Leaders across the SAP Technical/Support, PMO, and Architecture Pillars in planning & delivering SAP initiatives for Core Imaging business.
- Responsible for program and base costs budgets, SAP DevOps resource allocation and planning across project delivery to ensure delivery of project business
benefits and ensure no interruption to normal business. - Vendor evaluation across SAP support and programs where external resources are required, providing recommendations for selection, and on-going relationship management
- Manage a team of SAP DevOps
- Define and implement the SAP Roadmap strategy for the Core Imaging business with the use of a business governance model which will support both short-term and long-term Core Imaging goals.
- Partner and drive partnerships with key vendors to introduce new technology to meet Core Imaging business needs.
- Provide strategic expertise and counsel to management, other organizations, and special projects personnel with respect to SAP related
functionality.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent.
- Ability to influence from both a strategic and technical standpoint across the function at all levels of the business
- Strong IT experience including program management experience or equivalent across project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication in a global environment
- Significant experience in ERP or major platform
implementations, and experience with process quality methodology - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the
organization. - Strong people leadership skills providing coaching, feedback, developmental opportunities, etc. to direct/indirect reports within broader team.
- Experience with process quality methodology

- PMP / ITIL / Agile certified
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Demonstrated planning and organizational
skills and ability to quickly identify and analyze project risks & impact, and recommend alternatives & prioritizations - Ability to collaborate remotely with other IT teams and manage a matrix organization
