Role Summary:Drive optimal performance (cost, fulfilment, quality, cash) and profitability through Business Execution and Supply Chain.. Role requires good understanding of clients, industry, function and commercial markets.
Essential Responsibilities:•Manage strategy and execution of manufacturing finance and costing activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and monthly/quarterly closing activities
•Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (PI, Revals, Standards, Variances, etc.), Functional Variable and Base Costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, Warranty, Tax Grants, Investment Grants, Royalty Calculations/Management, Profitability analysis and control, etc.
•Cost Control and Analysis of both Variable and Base Costs for equipment and service
•Support productivity through cost out programmes and initiatives
•Regularly advise leadership on finance related activities and communicate information and updates across functions
•Manage Cost and Profitability Reporting
•Drive simplification projects and functional initiatives as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:•Supply chain finance experience
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Simplification Experience and proven ability to lead process improvement projects
•Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
•Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems
•Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
Desired Characteristics:•FMP Graduate
•Multinational/International Experience
•Accounting Accreditation eg. CIMA
•Lean Experience
•Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
