DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Your daily role responsibilities with our company will be as follows:

  • Prepare and propose methodologies to increase the collaboration and to facilitate information and knowledge creation and sharing with other service units;

  • Supervise the development, maintenance and optimization of the service unit's site collection, as well as supervise the content management on the service unit's work spaces and team sites; •Capture the service unit's KM and IM requirements and represent them at the IKM CofP;

  • Support activities to sustain the NCI Agency's overall KM and IM activities, primarily through the IKM CofP.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

If you have passion for the work described above, here are the basic qualifications we are looking for:

  • Latest SharePoint knowledge.

  • Experience with Agency's portal designs.

  • SharePoint Designer experience

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a relevant discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of post-related experience;

  • Demonstrated skills in the use of personal computer office automation packages, particularly Microsoft applications and inclusive of SharePoint and workflows;

  • Very good command of spoken and written English, with a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

  • Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to be responsive and sensitive to both external and internal customers and staff

  • NATO Secret Clearance
