We set standards for key areas of policing which help forces and individuals provide consistency and better service for the public.
  • Support professional development

We set requirements, accredit, quality assure and deliver learning and professional development, promote diversity and wellbeing, and help to nurture and select leaders at all levels.

Applications are invited for the post of Leadership Coordination and Delivery Adviser.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination and development of delivery methodologies for existing and emerging leadership programmes, ensuring product development outcomes are capable of delivering the underpinning curricula and learning standards, without compromising the College brand.

All applicants must have:
  • A level 4 qualification, or significant relevant experience in related area
  • Evidence of relevant experience of coordination and delivery of leadership products or related areas. Evidence of relevant experience of virtual training delivery in police or leadership related areas
  • Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development
