Electronics Component Engineering Team Lead

We are looking for someone with a technical background in electronic components and experience leading a team.
Location: North London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £50,000+)
37 hour week.
Paid over time or may accrue an additional 15 days holiday
Bonus (paid for past 12 years)
Pension Up to 14%
25 days holiday + Bank Holiday (option to buy additional 5 days)
Life assurance
Flexible working (core hours 9.30-4pm Mon-Thurs 9.30-12.30 Friday)

What we are looking for:
* Ability to manage and lead a team.
* Strong technical background in electronic components.
* Strong communication skills to facilitate regular face to face communications with all relevant stakeholders.
* Competence in Microsoft Excel/Access and be able to create automated tools to replace manual excel spreadsheets.
* Excellent problem solving skills.
* Write clear and concise engineering documentation.
* Excellent time management skills and a strong drive to deliver to schedule.
* Pro-activeness and self-motivation to improve process and get the job done.
