Role Summary:As the Technical Quality Operations Project Leader you will be responsible for leading projects sponsored by the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) Quality Organization of GEHC. Initially you will work on two global change management projects in the digital space, with the primary focus to discover and promote consensus within the project team, set progress milestones and ensure that they are met.
Essential Responsibilities:•Translation of project goals into achievable milestones •Identification and resolution or escalation of items delaying progress •Building of consensus between multiple parties •Ownership of QA related actions and project timelines • Project leadership, or close collaboration with the global program leader •Awareness and/or ownership of cross-functional program budgets •Production and presentation of project progress metrics to the Senior stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and extensive business experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Superior ability to lead change with global, cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence

Desired Characteristics:•Proven ability to influence, find consensus and ensure outcomes •Proven ability to develop or understand a given position and argue it effectively within the business context • Able to comprehend and communicate key regulatory requirements and expectations •Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry •Demonstrated ability influence across poles, cultures and sites •Ability to detect trends, shifts in requirements and align internal organisation priorities and actions accordingly •Prior experience with global IT projects, especially SaaS projects.
