Role Summary:As the Marketing Operations Manager you will lead, coordinate and manage the execution of the marketing plan for the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business of GEHC in the UK and Ireland, to achieve regional and company priorities and growth objectives. You will also be responsible for the leadership of the marketing operations team.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budget needed to execute marketing plan, and ensure timely implementation of programs in marketing plan, ensuring that PDX marketing plans and executions are aligned with Europe, providing regional inputs.
  • Create an appropriate product positioning and value proposition for the region.
  • Employ market research, clinical and industry trend analysis to understand and interpret key market drivers and customer insights to discover unmet clinical and economic needs, personas and desired benefits. Implement and drive Digital Marketing campaigns to support business growth.
  • Ensure sales forces have the right tools and training to sell product configurations and portfolio effectively.
  • Lead the team to guarantee that tasks are accomplished as directed and supporting other functions where necessary for task completion.

Qualifications/Requirements:• Bachelor's degree and / or deep marketing expertise in product commercialization, market insights capture and demand generation. • Solid experience in the healthcare industry with track record in sales or marketing functions, and knowledge on digital marketing: campaign management, search, social, content development and analytics. •Good understanding in marketing automation tools, salesforce, Adobe creative suite or similar. • Strong leadership capabilities, including strategic planning and execution, influencing skills. •Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and strong analytical, data interpretation and process skills.
