Head of Consulting

A unique role working with a leading learning and development organisation with a highly engaged client base and long term agreements.

As Head of Consultancy, you will be responsible for high level stakeholder engagement uncovering challenges and building solutions alongside a team of industry experts. The challenges and solutions will all fall within Organisational development and learning solutions with a focus on the technical space including cyber, cloud computing, devops, machine learning and AI.

You must consider yourself a strategic leader, someone who has demonstrable skills and experience within this arena and someone who has a real passion for technology and how it drives change and improvements. Inquisitiveness of future trends, future technology and the digital world will be of real interest to you and something you would impart on your key stakeholders.

Alongside the identification and build of the ongoing solutions, you will also work closely with the Head of Commercial to build the commercial model internally and then with your clients.

You will be highly emotionally intelligent, with significant stakeholder engagement experience alongside your technical skills. It is also high beneficial if you have had public sector experience.
