Job Description:

As a Planning and Development Manager your primary responsibilities will be to carry out regular horizon scanning, manage and monitor yearly planning cycles and much more. You will be the sole point of contact for new bids, tenders and also be responsible for the development of detailed tender bids and business plans.

Some of the key specific responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development of a number of internal teams by producing strategy plans
• Leading business planning cycles, aligning internal business with external party requirements
• Leading and coordinating clear business cases and the associated governance etc

Key Requirements:

• Exposure to analysing internal and external business competencies to establish organisational position
• Developed knowledge of Planning and Development and detailed practical use of business planning process
• Previous evidence of using specialist knowledge to evaluate and support YAS stakeholders in making decisions
