Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

A Business intelligence (BI) Analyst is required on a 3 month remote contract.

Responsibilities:
-Transforming data into insight that supports the work of the client as a whole
-Identifying trends in historic data to help inform future decision making
-Supporting processes which ensure the quality and consistency of data used for reporting purposes
-Liaising with stakeholders to understand requirements of analysis or development work
-Providing recommendations to improve data structure for more effective analysis
-Presenting outcomes to senior stakeholders
Skills required:
-SQL Server Management Studio to extract data from data warehouse for analysis purposes
-Sound knowledge of presenting data in commercial business intelligence tools such as QlikView, QlikSense, Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
-Statistical methodologies and / or statistical modelling using programmes such as R, Python or SPSS
Candidates will ideally be available in the next 4 weeks and have prior experience working in Clinical research or undertaking analysis with health data
