About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Reception/Facilities Administrator.

You'll be responsible for providing both a front of house reception/access control service to delegates, staff and other third parties arriving and training at Harrow RTF and a facilities/training administration service that will ensure that the training centre facilities are maintained and presented to the highest standards.

Key Tasks:
• Coordinate the physical opening and closing of the RTF.
• Meet and greet all arrivals at the RTF and provide H&S inductions and general information/advice to all delegates arriving for training.
• Ensure that training resources allocated to each of the classrooms are available and that all facilities are in good working order prior to training starting.
• Ensure that delegate attendance lists are made available to trainers at the start of each day and will support trainers with general administration when required.
• Undertake frequent inspections of the RTF and will report, record and monitor all defects through the Training Asset Management System (TAMS).

What do I need to do the role?
You'll need GCSE's in English and Maths, have experience of providing a reception or facilities administration service and be competent in email and other office applications (Word and Excel)
