Applications are invited for the post of HR Administrator.
We are looking for someone who can provide professional, efficient and comprehensive Human Resources and business administrative support, carrying out specialist and transactional activities, resolving problems and role modelling best practice. You should have excellent organisational and communication skills as well as a sharp eye for detail and be able to manage a busy and varied to do list each day.

- Set standards - We set standards for key areas of policing which help forces and individuals provide consistency and better service for the public.
- Support professional development - We set requirements, accredit, quality assure and deliver learning and professional development, promote diversity and wellbeing, and help to nurture and select leaders at all levels.

- Level 3 qualification (e.g. A-levels, Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP), NVQ level 3 or similar) or extensive equivalent level experience in a related area
- GCSE passes in English Language and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications
- Experience of managing a wide variety of activities, multi-tasking and delivering to tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment, remaining calm while dealing with a range of tasks simultaneously
