The day job

Currently looking for a 1st Line Service Analyst for a unique opportunity to work in collaboration with the existing team on a complex assignment, supporting a large user base across three corporate networks. 

This role will involve a number of tasks including

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Log and record call details
  • Scripts, personal skills and knowledge to resolve incidents at 1st line. 
  • FAQ’s.
  • Create and log errors
  • Installation of software at user level.
  • Remote connections and support users.
  • 1st line Server Administration tasks
  • Add users to Active Directory object groups.
  • Microsoft Office 2010 diagnostics and support
  • Windows 7/10 Performance diagnostics, Application Error logging and reporting.
  • Windows 7/10 user support.
  • Microsoft Exchange basic administration
  • 1st line Network diagnostics

Essential Experience:

  • Previous  experience in an IT customer focused environment  diagnosing and resolving 1st line faults
  • Service Desk experience in a complex IT support environment
  • Windows 7, MS Office 2010 applications to include Outlook support
  • Full UK Driving Licence
