2x Project Managers are required for a government organisation based within the Defence sector. They are looking for candidates with the following skillset:

• Co-ordination and provision of information to support bid processes for large ICT service support (ITSM) contract
• Analysis of technical bid responses and rapid production of proposed negotiating points and positions on behalf of MoD.
• Analysis of bid price responses to identify key areas for trade and to inform MoD approvals cost modelling
• Planning for contract termination
• Planning for contract mobilisation (including Cabinet Office contract management best practice)
• Transition planning for Live Service transfer between providers
• Establish organisational and operating model for Authority teams based upon negotiated solution
• Implementing governance arrangements for new contract and between the Delivery Team and Customer
