SAP HCM Data Administrator - 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Up to £33,000 plus benefits and 25 days annual leave

With over 180 contracts, 400 sites and 30,000 people in our UK Business, Serco relies on the talents of its People Services team to ensure we remain efficient in supporting the business. And as our HRIS SAP Data Administrator you'll play an important role in driving change and innovation in our People Services processes.

Working alongside the Project team, you'll provide proactive administrative support to our Data Integrity team and our wider change Programme known as Goldfinch, in respect of people data held in SAP HCM. You'll support in the creation of reports, analysing people data and mass data uploads into the HR master system (SAP HCM).

It's a fast-paced environment with fixed deadlines, so you'll need to use your organisational and prioritising skills to keep things on track. You'll liaise directly with key stakeholders across the business and assist in resolving complex data queries ensuring our HR systems and data are consistent and accurate.

What you need to do the job

In order to succeed within this role, you'll naturally be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail. You'll be comfortable in analysing large and complex data sets and be experienced in using SAP HCM. Experiences working within a HR Shared Service is advantageous.

You'll also have strong experience within a people data role or HRIS team and will have some experience of reporting using tools such as Ad Hoc query and Spinifex. Whilst not essential, knowledge of ResourceLink and Winshuttle would be advantageous.

You'll be a proactive and driven individual, with a collaborative and inclusive approach that keeps our projects moving. Technology is integral to our business (as well as our people), so the proficient use of Microsoft Suite is vital.
