#Oracle E-Business Suite profiles
*Essential Requirement
E-01 A minimum of 5 years current, detailed and relevant knowledge of and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 (or higher).
E-02 Oracle functional analyst expert with technical knowledge and profound knowledge in implementing and supporting Oracle e-Business Suites software, with specific experience in providing functional support for Oracle Finance (GL, AP, AR, CE, FA, sub-ledger accounting), Accounting and Procurement modules (PO, iSupplier, Contracts, Sourcing) as well in managing production release process for production changes. Support typically takes the form of investigating and resolving problems and providing information about the ERP Oracle Financial system.
E-03 Basic understanding of the data model for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 (or higher).
E-04 The profile is a functional Oracle EBS profile wit technical knowledge.
#Oracle E-Business Suite Functional profiles
*Essential Requirement
EF-01 Ability to handle issues of all E-Business Suite modules (listed in E-02) in area of responsibility including System Administrator from setup to functional reporting.
EF-02 Understanding internal controls, including but not limited to user access, responsibilities, security rules, report groups, profile options.
EF-03 Able to configure flexfields
EF-04 Workflow monitoring and troubleshooting.
EF-05 Understanding standard open interfaces.
EF-06 Able to Configure Approval Management Engine.
EF-07 Experience with writing detailed functional design documents based on new or changed business requirements.
EF-08 Experience with the review of business procedures and functional setup. Experience with making recommendations for changes, improvements etc. based on best business practices.
EF-09 Experience with preparing, running and documenting unit tests, system tests and user acceptance tests.

ET.01-02 Detailed knowledge of and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 (or higher) focusing on Oracle E-Business Suite development, including but not limited to:
a. knowledge of and experience with SQL and PL/SQL;
b. experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Workflow and Developer tools (SQL Developer);
c. experience with Oracle forms personalization;
d. experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) personalization;
e. experience of working with Oracle Discoverer, Financial Statement Generator, Application Desktop Integrator (ADI), Web ADI and XML Publisher;
f. detailed understanding of the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 (or higher) data model;
g. experience in working under software development methodology and with software implementation lifecycle;
h. knowledge of accounting fundamentals and experience in the development and maintenance of financial software;

ET.03-07 Knowledge of and experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE, OBIA, ...).
Duties/Role:
The Contractor will work under the supervision of SHAPE FINAC ICF Office Chief. Tasks include:
1.1 Perform as first line support for ACO HQs staff requiring assistance related to FinS application software and related tool
1.2 Perform duties as the ACO POC with NCIA SSBA functional, technical and applications system administrator, ensuring controls/security of the system and follow-up of the NCIA incidents.
1.3 Troubleshoot FinS problems and workflow issues related to FinS utilization within FINAC as well as other staff elements of all ACO HQs using specific tools (i.e. Oracle Workflow, Oracle Discoverer, GL Wand, etc.).
1.4 Design and build management and financial reports to be used by all ACO Community (Discoverer, GL Wand, XML Publisher, SQL query)
1.5 Function as liaison between FINAC and NCIA for all FinS terminal, server, or software problems, coordinates updates and patches for all ACO sites
1.6 Entering/maintaining other core data elements in FinS (i.e. travel destinations, mode of travel, etc.).
1.7 Perform specific actions to prepare the system for new fiscal years in FinS as part of the end of year procedure.
1.8 Manage user access controls (user creation, deactivation, reset password) and user responsibilities in FinS, while maintaining proper segregation of duties and security controls.
1.9 Implement any system changes as directed by the FinS Configuration Management Board or by NCIA SSBA (CPU, certificates, DB/ Server upgrade), tests, documents, coordinates with the key user, coordinates the resolution of issues between the FinS Service Desk and the ACO HQs and NCIA SSBA.
1.10 In coordination with the ACO Finance and Accounting Community, represents the ACO Commands in FinS development activities and establishing procedures with subordinate HQs for linkages into the centralized FinS configuration.
1.11 Supervise all transactional processes related to the centralized FinS installation, including consolidation, budget, contracting, assets, cash management, accounting activities.
1.12 Is actively involved in the execution of the different aspects of the project, specifically business processes analysis, review and design; oversees development of document, ensuring that all design and configuration aspects are addressed and control and security mechanisms are established.
1.13 Prepares technical, functional and user documentation;
1.14 Keeps abreast of developments in the field and determines the need for testing and evaluating new products and technologies; provides leadership on introducing and advising technological changes; prepares various technical reports.
1.15 Write SQL query to extract information and investigate issues.
1.16 Performs other related duties as required
