Cyber Security Consultant

Location: London

Duration: 6 months

Clearance: SC

Pay Rate: £475 to £515 per day (DOE)

We are seeking an SC Cleared Cyber Security Consultant with experience of promoting and assuring cyber security within supply chains is needed to work alongside other Cyber Risk Consultants and Information Security Architects.

In principle the work will be based in London but will involve occasional day visits to customer sites. However current circumstances will allow for a substantial degree of home working for the foreseeable future.

• Security reviews
• Security guidance
• Risk assessments
• Security control requirements
• Security advice on product selection
• Security assurance
• Assistance with Active Cyber Defence initiatives relating to the supply chain

Skills Required

• Have a proven track record of working in supply chain cyber security and information risk management
• Be skilled in carrying out business impact analysis
• Be familiar with risk assessment methodologies such as NIST SP800-37 and CIS RAM
• Have knowledge of NCSC Cyber Essentials, ISO27001, UK govt security policy framework
• Hold one of CISSP, CRISC, CISM or CCP (or demonstrate a strong record of equivalent experience)
• Have strong communication and customer facing skills
• Have some skills in security architecture
• Required skills are Risk Management (5.2 and 5.5) and/or Architecture (6.4) (CAT A)
