UX Designer

We are recruiting for two UX designers to work within our secure government client on User Experience projects. 

Being part of the UX design team you will:  

• Participate in concept sessions leveraging ethnographic research and design thinking 
• Incorporate trends and exemplars across a variety of emerging technologies like AI, IoT 
• Balance customer frictions and needs with FMA goals, viability, and technical feasibility 
• Produce concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, and visual design comps 
• Incorporate user research and usability testing to iterate on product solutions 
• Communicate product vision and articulate decisions and trade-offs to partners/users 
• Partner with engineering to ensure designs are properly implemented, working as a cohesive unit with product and engineering colleagues 
• Contribute to the FMA design cohort through knowledge sharing and presentations with other designers 

The successful candidates experience:  

• Creating Design Systems  
• User Centred Design  
• Objective-Oriented Design Solutions  
• UX/Design-related bachelor's degree or equivalent  
• Minimum 3 years commercial experience • Commercial/provable experience designing consumer-focused products/services and designing mobile and responsive web products  
• Focus on the user at the centre of your design activity  
• Experience with UX related tools/testing platforms  
• Experience delivering UX output in agile environments 
• Knowledge of HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript and modern web standards  
• Active SC or DV clearance
