As a Head of Digital Delivery, you will: 

• Be responsible for the day-to-day ongoing development, delivery and maintenance of digital products. Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop systems, tools, dashboards to improve performance, communication, and visibility between digital and the rest of the organisation
• Define, develop, and own initiatives that remove blockers and improve the overall performance of the digital team as well as developing and own relationships with external third-parties to ensure effective service delivery.
• Strongly customer/user focused, and outputs driven.
• Have a strong knowledge of how to coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices, determining the right approach for the team to take and evaluating this through the life of a project. of new and innovative ways of working to achieve the right outcomes. You can act as a recognised expert and advocate for the approaches, continuously reflecting and challenging the team.

 You’ll have:

• Active SC Clearance
• Public Sector Experience
• Technical Experience.
• Practical Agile Delivery experience.
• Vast experience as Head of Delivery
