Engineering and Fleet Analysis SME (Subject Matter Expert)

About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit an Engineering and Fleet Analysis SME within the Analyst team.

Main responsibilities include providing military/defence context and experience into the business and understanding phases of analysis projects. You will conduct briefings and presentations, and conduct/lead analysis projects as requested.

What do I need to do the role?

You will have experience problem solving using recognised tools and techniques i.e. FMEA, Cause & Effect and Heuristic analysis.

You will be familiar with Army Equipment Support Publications (AESPs) and have a good knowledge of the military maintenance & repair processes and procedure.

You will also be highly IT literate (excel, data manipulation, BI dashboards), possess an analytical mind and be able to handle high pressure.

SC security clearance is also essential.
