About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit an Operations Clerk to ensure the provision of operational support to the flying task undertaking all duties as required to meet or exceed customer expectations and contractual needs at all times.

Other responsibilities will include;
  • Co-ordinate and display aircraft allocation for the daily flying programme. At cease flying remove all details and prepare for the next day's flying.
  • Maintain the Ops Log and update as required.
  • Co-ordinate bookings for low flying and maintain a record of completed sorties.
  • Ensure relevant publications, maps, charts, forms and documents are to the correct amendment state and readily available in the Ops Room. Report any deficiencies
  • Correlate unit monthly flying hours achieved and distribute completed authorisation sheets.
  • Provide support to flying operations to meet aircrew and contractual requirements within the framework of the LAFT Quality Plan.

What do I need to do the role?

You must have experience within support to military or civilian flying operations.

You will also have excellent administrative and IT skills, and demonstrate excellent customer service with ability to work flexibly as part of a team.

A full driving licence is also essential.
