Are you an experienced Administration professional with Knowledge of Quality Assurance process and procedures looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

My client is looking for a Business Standards & Administration Co-ordinator to work with the business to plan to organise and support the business standards improvement program.

Working with the Standards Manager, you will have responsibility to ensure conformance to regulatory requirements, contractual obligations and corporate policy.
You will be providing administration support through all functions of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
*To ensure the site management systems are kept updated and in the correct format
*Liaise with relevant line managers to assist in implementation and maintaining OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and other relevant Business Standards.
*Liaise with other Managers to ensure co-ordination of process
*To administer and expedite any corrective actions/audits/document review
*To perform audits of all Business Management Systems as per the Audit Schedule
*Manage and execute audits for Business Management Systems as per audit schedule.
*Facilitate external audits as required
*Ensure corrective actions are responded to effectively.
*Assists with the coordination and preparation of relevant meetings, recording those and distribution of Minutes.
*Compiles statistical data and writes narrative reports summarising quality assurance
*Responsible for achieving a satisfactory working environment between other departments performing quality-assurance activities.
*Maintains current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness
*Provide cover for other Administrator duties and responsibilities as and when required
*General office duties and Administration services for RCW.
*Archiving

Qualifications/Education required:
*Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications
*NVQ Level 3 Administration
*Internal Auditor
*Knowledge of Quality Assurance process and procedures eg. ISO 9001
*Good communicator and team member
*Literate and numerate
*Good timekeeper
*Enthusiastic team member with can do attitude and excellent communication skills at all levels

Specialist training:
*Super user of Quality Management Systems, Syspro User

Salary - Competitive, depending on experience
