HR Continuous Improvement Specialist

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Portsmouth


About the role

The successful candidate will drive a culture of high quality output and Continuous Improvement across the Shared Service Centre team. Identifying and implementing process improvements, whilst ensuring a consistent work environment and customer service experience across the department.

What do I need to be able to do the role?

You will need to have a background in HR with experience in improving processes.


We would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:

  • Monitoring Quality data/reports with the ability to identify issues & trends. Make recommendations and implement changes to improve First Time Quality
  • Implementing new processes, developing process maps, templates, guidance notes, line manager comms etc
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their potential


What else do I need to know?

  • All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be subject to satisfactory security clearance which includes 3 years reference checks. Verification of any qualifications/passport/licences must be shown at interview stage.
  • 18 Month Fixed term contract with a competitive annual salary and benefits
