This rich mix of engineering and automotive training expertise has resulted in Babcock International Group being selected by a premium automotive manufacturer to be their First Tier provider for their UK Retailer networks Sales, Aftersales, Management, Leadership and Systems training.

We are looking to recruit additional people in support of our client's ambitious growth aspirations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who would like to work for Babcock International Group and assist our premium client on their journey.

We are currently looking to appoint a Compliance Auditor, to work nationwide to be responsible for implementing and auditing internal and external quality processes and for supporting/training operational systems throughout the organisation. These will include funding body contractual requirements, ISO and legislative areas

Key Areas of Responsibility
• To carry out internal system audits using Etrack and other systems to ensure company complies with all funding body requirements and ensure Business processes and systems are being used and followed
• To work with the PMC team to ensure all data inconsistencies and guidance to the Regional areas are dealt with to a National Standard
• To produce written audit reports for managers and the Compliance Manager in line with target dates. Ensure all corrective action is carried out within agreed timescale
• To train and support the implementation and effective communication of internal and external procedures throughout the organisation. Assist in evaluations of Babcock's procedures on a regular basis and make recommendations for future improvements

What else do I need to know?

• All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be subject to satisfactory security clearance which includes 3 years reference checks. Verification of any qualifications/passport/licences must be shown at interview stage.
