Transformation Internal Communications Manager (SC Cleared)
Location: Central London
IR35 Status: Inside
Length: Three Months, with probability of extension
Clearance Level: SC Clearance

A Central Government organisation is looking for an experienced and passionate Internal Communications Manager with a knowledge of behavioural change programmes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the development and delivery of a transformation communications strategy, which takes into consideration shifting employee sentiment and changing business priorities
• Build strong relationships with communications and policy colleagues across the department, enabling organisations, and communication networks
• Provide trusted strategic communications advice to stakeholders
• Maintain lines to take document and formulate key messages for internal and external use
• Develop and deliver associated communications materials and campaigns, often working in partnership with other teams

Essential requirements:

• Must possess valid SC Clearance
• Experience in managing internal communications within a large organisation
• Strong writing skills and ability, and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Able to influence at all levels and have a good understanding of the political and business context that the organisation works in
• Experience in change communications and stakeholder engagement is strongly desirable however not mandatory
