Staff management lead for NATO with HR system management experience

Experience and Education:         
*A Master of Science degree or equivalent in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of appropriate national qualifications and experience of interest to the Agency;        
*Extensive experience (5+ years) of working in a Human Resource / Staff Management (HR / SM) environment;        
*Extensive experience in areas such as recruitment, manpower analysis and IWC (contractor) management;        
*Prior experience within training management, covering areas such as training needs analysis and the activities to ensure staff are trained appropriately;        
*Managing staff and indirect staff management;        
*Space management over multiple locations;        
*Managing / overseeing Performance Management;                
*Working in an international environment comprising both military and civilians;        
*Designing, developing and implementing automated solutions for tracking Staff Management related data;        
*Ability to Create, Review, Grade and concisely consolidate Job Descriptions.
-Knowledge of Oracle-based HR systems;
-Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems;
-Knowledge of the Microsoft SharePoint;
-Knowledge of the NATO Peacetime Establishment process;
-General knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization
