Cloud Native Engineer

Cloud Native Engineer - Contract - Bracknell, Berkshire.

A global IT services company is searching for a Cloud Native Engineer to join their team in Bracknell on a contract basis.

A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered

DevOps culture and Agile methodologies are crucial in driving the achievement of deliverables for the customer.

Atlassian and Kubernetes experience required.

The Cloud Native Engineer will be working alongside the customer to showcase and re-architect a legacy application. The following skills are critical for this role:

AWS Experience + Native Kubernetes, Docker, Application Load balancing, Artifactory, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Gitlab, KeyCloak, Kibana, MariaDB, MySQL, Sysdig, Minio S3

The role holder works to define and deliver major technical projects, strategies and architectures, demonstrating an understanding of the customers' business and commercial issues and contributing key insights. They provide technical advice and assistance to the sales force, sales agents, reseller/distributor staff and existing or prospective customers, either in support of customer development or sales activity or in fulfilment of sales obligations.
