About the role

Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit a Vehicle Mechanic to be based on site in Sennybridge. Sennybridge is a large Military training area that can be found just north of the Brecon Beacons and is the 3 rd largest in the UK.

As the Vehicle Mechanic you inspect, service, repair and overhaul of vehicles, assemblies, electrical and general equipment. This will include both diagnostic and inspection duties. You will carry out duties as above to occasional civilian vehicles and mechanical equipment.

What do I need to do the role?

You will be Educated to Level 3 in Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) / National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) as a minimum (Advanced Apprenticeship, Level 3 VRQ/NVQ)

What else do I need to know?

  • You will need to hold a valid and appropriate UK driving licence
  • This role could be considered for flexible working.
