About the role

Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit a Business Process Specialist.

The main focus of your role is we need you to use/own a SharePoint site and permissions and develop the process matrix for each contract, ensuring process owners are working with them to develop them.

• Business improvement: To drive a standardised 'process improvement' project across the business
• Influencing decisions: Recommend changes in processes, aligning recommendations to our business needs and expectations
• Problem solving: Review and monitor the improvements made to each process to identify areas not being adhered to. Report on and understand where and why the break down in the process occurred. Implement strategy to avoid future breakdowns in process
• Best practice: Drive the use of SharePoint for all to access the improved processes
• Business support: Support the Quality Improvement Manager to meet set targets in process development

What do I need to do the role?
You'll need experience of managing SharePoint site and permissions, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and maintained your own CPD.

What else do I need to know?
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
