Pay Rate to Candidate: Max. pay £520.00 per day PAYE Umbrella

Minimum Requirement:

Essential:

• Experience leading a support development team, preferably one using Microsoft .Net technologies

Desirable:

• .Net development experience
• DevOps experience using Windows technologies
• Building and deploying systems for Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Azure DevOps Services/Team Foundation Server

Description:

Overview of the role:

Acting as the Lead Developer to an applications support team, this role will provide technical- and task-management for a team of .Net Developers.

The team supports a range of customer-facing .Net applications and supporting processes. These include web and desktop applications, cloud-based data services, and complex data update processes. The team provides break/fix support and software enhancements.

The Lead Developer’s role is to ensure that excellent service is maintained, and technical standards are high.

• Task manage a team of .Net developers
• Ensure software development in the team is carried out to high standards
• Ensure that software release pipelines are effective, and are improved
• Ensure agreed support service levels are met
