A position has arisen for a Junior Bid Manager within a large Defence organisation based in Bristol. This is a long term engagement. They are looking for a Junior Bid manager to join their team.

Your duties will include:

• Managing production of bids
• Management of Bid Teams to ensure that bids are completed to a high quality standard and are submitted by the required deadlines
• Adherence to company bids proposal process
• Creation and Management of Bid schedules
• Creation of proposals that are compliant with customers ITTs and contain all information requested
• Reviewing proposals to ensure that all content produced is clear, concise and all customer questions are fully answered

The successful candidate should have the following experience:

• Experience in preparing and packaging complex bids
• Experience in putting together bid proposals
• Managing internal budgets
• Experience in supporting process improvement activity within a Bids and Proposals team
• Supporting graduate/apprentice development
