Quality Manager - Air Domain

Our client, the Ministry of Defence (through the Aurora Engineering Partnership), are seeking a Quality Manager - Air Domain to join their team. The role will be based in Building 1300 Parkway, Bristol. The role requires SC clearance and candidates must be a UK National.

Requirements are scheduled to run until 31^st March 2020. This is a competitive tender and there is therefore no pre-defined price attached to this role. We suggest that a rate of £480 - £580/day will be competitive, however please approach us if you have different requirements.

IR35 STATUS: Inside IR35. The MoD have indicated then intend to operate the engagement as Inside IR35. Candidates would be required to operate through an umbrella company on this engagement.

Specific Requirements

• Responsible for provision of Government Quality Assurance Contract Quality Conditions, tailored to each new or amended contract.

• Development of GQA risks, supporting the TAA to establish tailored Assurance requirements.
• Management of Assurance/ Surveillance requirements with DQAFF.
• Management and review of UKMFTS QoR, supporting the TAA meet their responsibilities.
• Maintenance and Development of tools, processes and systems that support core GQA activities.
• Generation and Maintenance of Programme specific ‘GQA Plans’, capturing required GQA resource, contract conditions, risk and mitigations – throughout the life of the contract.
• Audit of UKMFTS Engineering Systems and Processes, both SEQS and TAA owned.

Candidate Eligibility

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, this role will not offer Visa sponsorship. Tier 2 – General visas are cannot be accepted.
