My client urgently requires a 2nd Line Support Engineer to be based on the customer site in Derby.

Duties:
1.Perform second line remote support, troubleshooting of Microsoft Office windows 7 and 10

2. Perform incident investigation and resolution on PC's, Printer and Peripherals via ITSM ticket system

3. Supported operated systems so knowledge of Office 365,Windows 7 and 10, AD, SCCM.

4. Knowledge of office, outlook and general Windows apps.


Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
