About the role


Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Head of Business Development to develop, implement and monitor the business growth strategy for Education leading the sales, marketing, and training and conferencing teams to achieve the growth strategy.

You will work with senior colleagues to develop the business, win bids and deliver new products and services as well as manage and develop relationships with key decision makers in the education market both regionally and nationally and support the executive leadership team to deliver the key strategic plan.

What do I need to do the role?

You will have strong business development skills to grow the business with a clear understanding of bid processes and win strategies, complete with leadership skills to achieve business growth strategy.

You will also demonstrate innovative ideas and have a proven focus within strategy of business development.

An Education background would be desirable.
