Job Details
As a Recruitment Coordinator, as part of a busy Recruitment Team you will be expected to provide a seamless process to all of your customers, internal and external to give the best experience that our customers can expect.
You will take responsibility for the accurate processing of requests relating to the employment lifecycle and recruitment, using our E Recruitment System verifying accuracy and compliance with established policy and procedural requirements of the full end to end processing within a variety of current recruitment processes.
You will be required to develop and maintain productive working relationships with customer groups, colleagues and business areas in order to provide an engaging customer experience to prospective candidates, new hires and managers and ensure service expectations are met.
You will keep up to date with the relevant regulations, policy and legislation relating to recruitment and employment, maintaining an accurate working knowledge of the terms and conditions of service applicable to employees and with all relevant legislation requirements relating to employment and recruitment across multiple organisations.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of highly accurate records, documentation and databases, ensuring information management and security protocols are followed. Along with providing accurate advice relating to recruitment and selection, including the development and use of effective advertisements and assessment tools, you will take responsibility for the planning and delivery of day to day service activities, ensuring deadlines and performance targets are on course to be met.

Experience of some specialist recruitment within a large organisation/operating in a customer-focussed environment.
A good working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office applications, computer systems within a HR or recruitment environment and social media technology.
Experience of administering high volumes of transactional activity, task planning and meeting challenging deadlines.
The successful candidate must be willing to work flexibly as they will be required to work occasional evenings/weekends.
