About the role
Here at Babcock International we are recruiting for a Fleet Administrator (Recharge) on a 12 month fixed term contract, to effectively assist the Phoenix Team in the smooth running of the Phoenix recharge processes.
You will continually deliver clear and accurate supporting information to the customer for processing and provide support to customers and suppliers with recharge queries, and any supporting details as may be required. You will also continually maintain a professional relationship with all customers, internal stakeholders and the Phoenix supply chain partners.

This is an excellent opportunity within a large Defence organisation, offering a competitive salary and working in a brand new facility.
What do I need to do the role?
You must have a keen eye for detail and be a highly organised experienced Administrator. Good Excel skills are ideal but can taught.
Experience in the fleet or automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
You will hold a minimum of 3 standard GCSEs, including English and Maths and be at an intermediate level with Microsoft, Word and Excel. PowerPoint also would be preferable.
Knowledge of invoicing/accounts would be desirable.
You will also be a tenacious individual and demonstrate a team based ethos whilst taking pride in both individual and team based performances, in which upholds the principles of trust and integrity.
What else do I need to know?
You must be eligible for Security Clearance.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

About the role

- Assist as required in the general management of the Phoenix Recharge function and ensure that processes are maintained in line with Babcock's corporate governance policies, processes and procedures including those relating to Health and Safety, Quality and the Environment.
- Take ownership of all self-training requirements to ensure that the appropriate skills are attained to effectively carry out all relevant duties.
- Accept and log accident damage from car hire suppliers and ensure appropriate back up paperwork is supplied (Estimates, signed check sheets and photographs).
- Other tasks as required by the Fleet and Recharge Manager
