This is a high profile role working at the heart of the National Crime Agency to support our most senior leaders in their fight to cut serious and organised crime.

Job description

•This is an exciting role supporting one of four Director General’s or an NCA Director leading the UK’s fight to cut serious and organised crime.
•As a G3 Staff Officer/SEO Private Secretary you are the critical bridge between the Director Generals/Directors, the rest of the Agency and its partners.
•Working in Private Office will provide you with an in depth understanding of our capabilities, the breadth of operational activity and wider corporate change programmes.
•From your vantage point, your principal will look to you to advise them and help shape policy on their areas of responsibility. It is an excellent opportunity to show leadership and exhibit personal impact across the organisation and with partners.
•These are busy posts in high profile and sensitive work areas. The successful applicant will be comfortable working with senior
•No two days will be the same so the post holder will need to be flexible and calm, with a keen eye for distinguishing the preferable from the critical.

Responsibilities

All NCA officers must hold SC Enhanced upon entry as a minimum.
