Business Analyst

My client is looking for an experienced business analyst, to join the pathology team, working for a public sector organisation based in Cardiff. This role will be suitable for a Business analyst who is able to document work flows, whilst working alongside a Pathology Expert.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Process analysis and technical design activities
• Communicating technical issues and risks to non-technical people
• Identify, document and collage current, and future, Pathology tests, test processes and workflows
• Perform consulting activities
• Provide expertise and support to professional and project colleagues on analysis methods and tools
• Develop use cases, test scenarios and test scripts to prepare for testing of the new LIMS service

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in work flow analysis and process mapping
• Experience in modelling and analysis tools
• Excellent organisational skills
• Microsoft applications experience, e.g. Visio
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in analytics and system development
• Degree in either IT, Computer Science, Maths or any science based course.
