You will be responsible for providing 1st line IT Support to users over the phone. The role will entail answering calls from users, performing 1st line fixes and escalating calls to other teams within the organisation or externally depending on the fault.

Essential Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a 1st Line IT Support role
* Understanding of first line troubleshooting i.e. Ping command, group policy updates, profile resets etc
* Active Directory i.e. password resets, groups membership etc
* Excellent customer service skills and a good telephone manner
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of ITIL and working to SLAs would be advantageous
* Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows profiles
