My client is looking for an experienced Service Manager to work on an exciting, long-term project based in Corsham.
This role will be the primary contact for the business, service management and technical delivery teams equally, facilitating the discussion between them and supporting the Delivery Process execution. They will be Agile Release Train's key interface into wider organisation.
Key responsibilities:
*Support the implementation of the delivery model, including providing any required support to Defence Medical Services and any other process participant
*Acting as the single point of contact for all interfacing functions and processes, and as a key interface for DMS Product Owners
*Coordinating the 3 monthly cycles of requirements gathering, solution design, release planning, preparation and implementation activities in line with the agreed Delivery Operating Model
*Continuous engagement with assurance functions to ensure all formal requirements are met and approvals are provided on time to enable timely release implementation (e.g. LSRB, RDB, Change & Release etc.)
