Working hours: Monday and Wednesday 7:30am - 13:00, Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30am - 4pm, Friday: 8am - 4:30pm
Salary: £ 24,000.00


About the role
Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit a Training Facilitator.

We require you to deliver training to our customers, the training that is involved is our EDF induction programme. You will be training approximately 30 people per course.

You will work for Babcock and our customer is EDF, we are both reputable large organisations.

Top 4 Major Tasks and Activities:
•Support the delivery of high quality and engaging training in accordance with the training materials and references provided
•Where required, assess delegate performance and provide feedback
•Provide administrative support to training, including classroom preparation, generation and distribution of instructions, liaison with other contractors, recording of attendance, and maintenance of course materials
•Demonstrate and support good practice through innovative teaching and learning strategies

What do I need to do the role?

You'll need to be strong willed as this course is a compliance course in which trainees need to be there rather than choosing to be there. We require you to have strong inter-personal skills where communication has been key in your previous roles.

What else do I need to know?


•All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be subject to satisfactory security clearance which includes 3 years reference checks. Verification of any qualifications/passport/licences must be shown at interview stage.
