Network Support Engineer - 3rd Line Network Engineer
Solihull
CONTRACT
We need an experienced 3rd line Network Support Engineer to configure Juniper SRX series Routers to a 3rd line level, BGP/IPSEC & PKI Prime, MPLS, with a "right 1st time" approach and attitude. You will join a small team of highly skilled engineers based in Solihull to manage and support the Juniper Core Network. (MCN) WAN estate.
Daily duties will include a mixture of Project / Implementation work and general Support escalations / fault finding.
The 3rd line engineer should be capable of configuring, trouble shooting and tuning Juniper networks and will have in-depth knowledge of configuring and tuning the following:
- Juniper SRX platform
- BGP
- IPSEC
- MPLS
- PKI
A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered.
