ICT: Support Technician SFIA Level 3

I am currently looking for an ICT Support Technician with a basic knowledge of IT to join a team located in Gloucester. This organisation focuses on monitoring hardware and software to advance the development of installation procedures and standards.

You'll be part of a team providing effective interface between users and service providers, resolving hardware/software problems, and obtaining feedback for users. The candidate will be required to participate in 24 hour on-call and out of hour rotas. The successful candidate will encompass the following:

• A minimum of 2 years work experience with Windows Operating Systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast- paced environment.
• Candidates will be required to go through Security Clearance.
