In this interesting role you will review all domestic abuse incidents involving children and prioritise information sharing protocols according to risk with partner agencies and set flags as appropriate. In addition you will research and analyse information recorded on police systems and provide confidential written reports to Social Services for adult and child protection purposes. In addition you will quality assure domestic abuse risk assessments, complete a written risk assessment or summary and make appropriate referrals to partner agencies.

Proven experience of inter-agency partnership working with an understanding of child and/or adult protection is desirable along with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to forge positive relationships at all levels of the organisation. In addition, i t is essential that you have the confidence to evaluate sensitive and confidential information and make decisions in a high pressure environment where accuracy is vital.
