• Clearance: Active SC Clearance required

Our client are seeking a storage infrastructure specialist who undertake overall incident, change and problem management. You will work within a dedicated on-site support team and support an extensive EMC VNX Storage environment and products Clarion/Celerra.

Further Responsibility:

• Support Netbackup
• Implement changes to the existing environment and implement new services
• Work within a defined SLA and proactively manage the team ticket queue
• Work with other 3rd parties to collectively support the same customer
• Document existing and new service environments

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience using Netbackup in a production environment
• Proven experience supporting Backup & Restores on a windows environment
• Proven experience supporting VMware backups
• Proven experience supporting Microsoft SQL backups
• Good communication skills
• Experience in generating supporting documentation such as procedures

Desirable

• Experience supporting the Brocade range of SAN switches
• Experience performing UNIX Solaris backups
• Any experience with EMC Recover Point Appliance
• Any experience using Oracle RMAN to perform Hot/Online Oracle backups
