EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY: Intelligent Resource is currently recruiting for Test Lead to join one of their key project teams in Hemel Hempstead.

The post holder will work through Intelligent Resource for Sopra Steria, a European leader in digital transformation, providing one of the most comprehensive portfolios of end-to-end service offerings on the market: consulting, systems integration, software development, infrastructure management and business process services.

On client's instructions, due to the urgency, nature and length of the assignment, the successful candidate must have current security clearance to a high level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Pre-sales Solution architects to map out the testing required to support delivery
• To develop the High Level Test Strategies and Approaches
• To produce the Test Management Plan
• To work with Partners and sub-contractors on their test process and its integration/ handover into the main Workstream
• Estimation of the test effort and durations

Essential Skills:

• Significant and demonstrable knowledge of testing process, techniques and their application to include, and not be limited to Multiple Project dev / test Methodologies (waterfall, V-model, W-model, Agile)
• Test Management of 5+ testers Test lifecycle, specifically System / System Integration Testing; OAT and UAT
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Experience of testing a highly secure system
• Functional and Non-Functional testing
• An ability to work with limited data and make decisions based upon experience

Desirable Skills

• Demonstrable experience in Test Automation
• Testing in an agile environment
• Performance, Volume, load and network Testing
• Knowledge of Security / penetration testing

Job Specific Qualifications:

• PRINCE 2, ITIL 4 or equivalents
