Exercise Delivery Specialist

We are currently seeking a number of experienced practitioners to join an on-site Exercise Planning & Delivery team in the Training & Consultancy area of the business. Working in a fast-paced environment, your role will be varied and challenging. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will:

-Use your domain expertise to support the design, development and delivery of Command and Staff Training exercises in close collaboration with the customer

-Be an expert practitioner, with relevant experience in one or more areas of one or more areas of Land Operations

-Work as part of an integrated team to deliver comprehensive exercise materials, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout

-Identify opportunities to support continual improvement of the exercise process and exercise deliverables

Experience Required

Essential

-Experience of Exercise design, development and delivery at Bde/Div level

-Subject matter expert in at least one aspect of Bde/Div HQ planning and operations (Intelligence, Firepower, Manouevre etc.)

-Strong organisational and communications skills

-Ability to both lead and be ‘hands-on’, working as part of a team

Desirable

• Ex-military, typically SO2/3 or equivalent domain experience in the defence industry

• Project and staff management experience
