Configuration Design Engineer

The role is responsible for the design and analysis of configuration development and definition external geometry based on aerodynamics and multidisciplinary view.

* Air vehicle sizing and systems integration,
* Configuration design and Multi-Disciplinary Design based on aerodynamic and design constraints (Flight Mechanics, Performance, RCS/IR Signature, Propulsion, Weight and Cost, Weapons Integration)
* Stability and Control
* Integration of mass property data, propulsion performance data and aerodynamic data to predict concept A/C performance,
* Modelling air vehicle in CAD environment,
* Estimates air vehicle characteristics,
* Understanding of MDAO process and parametric models.
* Multi-discipline ND systems integration trade studies to assess design space and concept viability. Expertise in multi-disciplinary configuration optimization.
* Support the development the critical skills (tools, methodologies, human resources etc.)
