DV Crisis Management Support - 4 days a week

The role will entail providing support to crisis management technical team in delivery of priority work programmes.

a)Assist in the production of technical documentation system and installation schematics to team deadlines.
b) Act as secretariat to key technical meetings and discussions, co-ordinating on attendance and ensuring accurate record of discussions and actions are maintained.
c) Provide project support to duty technical team as required.

Key Tasks will include:
a. Ensure bookings within the crisis management facilities are managed in line with user & security standards
b. Setup of meetings in crisis response sites in line with user requirements - performing key tasks and actions. E.g. setup and close down routines for meetings.
c. Assist with VTC and audio conferencing setup
d. Produce shift handovers to ensure effective information and issue tracking across teams.
e. Undertake monthly assurance and testing of key ICT equipment (monthly) e.g. HITS, telephony, Apollo checks.


Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
