Problem Manager
Location: London
Duration: initial 6 months contract
Daily pay rate: £400 - £420
Clearance: please note that CTC clearance is desirable for this role, however we accept applications from candidates with SC clearance
Sanderson Government and Defence are delighted to be presented with a London based well established company who are looking for a Problem Manager to join their team for an initial 6 months contract.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Incidents and Service Requests are resolved within agreed time scales set out by the service operating level agreement.
- Manage changes through system, including reviewing impact of changes on existing services.
- Review processes across call flow looking for improvement opportunities to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Engage with Customers to understand their perception of Live Services and highlight areas of improvement.
- Challenge team leaders/managers where blockages or gaps in procedures are observed.
- Ensure incidents and requests are dealt with according to priority and process.
- Manage problems from initiation to completion including ensuring the correct resources are made available to resolve problem.
